She truly enjoys building relationships with clients and helping them feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their skin. Having mature skin herself, she personally appreciates and trusts the full range of treatments offered at Skin Perfect.

She is trained in laser hair removal and laser tattoo removal, allowing her to offer clients advanced solutions tailored to their individual goals.

Tiffany Floyd is a licensed esthetician with 3 years of experience and a passion for all things skincare. She spent over 2 years working in a med spa, where she fell even more in love with helping people feel confident, refreshed, and comfortable in their skin.

Outside of work, Tiffany is a wife of 9 years, a busy mom, and someone who loves to laugh and keep things lighthearted. When she’s not in the treatment room, you can usually find her relaxing on the porch with her family or at the softball field cheering on her daughters.

She looks forward to meeting new faces and helping clients feel their absolute best.

Aesthetic Nurse

Cari Kent, MSN, RN, is a skilled nurse injector with expertise in neurotoxins, fillers, and advanced laser modalities, including Lumecca (IPL), Diolaze (hair removal), and Morpheus8 (RF microneedling). With a deep passion for skincare and aesthetics, she began her journey after overcoming her own struggles with acne scarring. In addition to her work in aesthetics, Cari is a dedicated clinical instructor and is currently pursuing her doctorate, further expanding her knowledge and impact in the medical field. She is committed to helping others achieve their skincare goals and boost their confidence.

Esthetician

Madison Masters is a new esthetician, fresh out of school and excited to begin her journey in the skincare industry. She is proud to be part of the Skin Perfect team, where she looks forward to meeting new clients and helping individuals feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.

Her passion for skincare comes from personal experience, as she has struggled with acne for much of her life. This inspired her to better understand skin and dedicate her career to helping others overcome their own skin concerns.

Josey O’Bryan, BSN-RN has a passion for aesthetics, skincare, and helping others feel confident in their own skin. Having personally struggled with acne for years, she understands how important it is to have a provider who truly listens to each client’s needs and goals.

She is passionate about continuing to grow her career in the aesthetic industry while providing treatments that help clients look and feel their best. Her specialties include aesthetic injectables, laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation treatments, IV hydration, and body contouring with the EvolveX system.

She loves creating a comfortable and welcoming environment where clients feel heard, educated, and confident throughout their treatment journey. Her goal is to provide natural-looking results that enhance each client’s beauty while helping them feel refreshed, confident, and empowered.

With 17 years of experience in healthcare, Jennifer Rea, RN brings a strong clinical foundation rooted in emergency and surgical nursing. Her background emphasizes safety, precision, and patient-centered care.

Her approach to aesthetics is centered on personalized, results-driven treatments designed to enhance natural features, restore confidence, and help clients feel their best in their own skin.

Founder, Owner, and Lead Injector

Carla Trail, MSN, NP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in aesthetics and dermatology. She is an InMode Aesthetics Verified Morpheus8 Provider and was the first nurse practitioner nationally trained by InMode on their groundbreaking QuantumRF procedure. Carla brings both advanced clinical skill and a personalized, down-to-earth approach to patient care.

In early 2023, she took sole ownership of Skin Perfect Aesthetics & Wellness and led a full rebrand, transforming it into one of Rutherford County’s most trusted and recognized medical spas. Originally from Manchester, TN, Carla earned her BSN from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and her MSN from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.

Outside of work, Carla is a proud wife and mom to five active kids—she and her husband, Shawn Trail, a well-known real estate attorney in Middle Tennessee, stay busy supporting their children’s many athletic pursuits across the state.

Anna Wagner Hurst is the Marketing Manager at Skin Perfect Aesthetics & Wellness and the owner of Good Sol Social, a social media and business management company based in Rutherford County, TN. With a strong background in digital strategy and brand development, Anna brings clarity, creativity, and consistency to Skin Perfect’s growing presence both online and in the community.

She has been with Skin Perfect since its earliest days and has played an integral role in shaping the brand’s voice, visibility, and connection with clients. In 2025, Anna was voted Rutherford County’s Favorite Business Service, recognizing her commitment to excellence in small business support. She remains passionate about helping Skin Perfect thrive while continuing to uplift other women-led businesses across the region.
