Carla Trail, MSN, NP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in aesthetics and dermatology. She is an InMode Aesthetics Verified Morpheus8 Provider and was the first nurse practitioner nationally trained by InMode on their groundbreaking QuantumRF procedure. Carla brings both advanced clinical skill and a personalized, down-to-earth approach to patient care.

In early 2023, she took sole ownership of Skin Perfect Aesthetics & Wellness and led a full rebrand, transforming it into one of Rutherford County’s most trusted and recognized medical spas. Originally from Manchester, TN, Carla earned her BSN from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and her MSN from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.

Outside of work, Carla is a proud wife and mom to five active kids—she and her husband, Shawn Trail, a well-known real estate attorney in Middle Tennessee, stay busy supporting their children’s many athletic pursuits across the state.

Aesthetic Nurse

Cari Kent, MSN, RN, is a skilled nurse injector with expertise in neurotoxins, fillers, and advanced laser modalities, including Lumecca (IPL), Diolaze (hair removal), and Morpheus8 (RF microneedling). With a deep passion for skincare and aesthetics, she began her journey after overcoming her own struggles with acne scarring. In addition to her work in aesthetics, Cari is a dedicated clinical instructor and is currently pursuing her doctorate, further expanding her knowledge and impact in the medical field. She is committed to helping others achieve their skincare goals and boost their confidence.

Aesthetic Nurse, Esthetician, and Office Manage

Known in the industry as the “Laser Ninja,” Heather Miles is a dedicated laser specialist and clinical educator with nearly two decades of experience in the Nashville area. She is both a Registered Nurse and a licensed Aesthetician, combining medical expertise with a deep understanding of skin health and aesthetics.

With a passion for teaching, she educates providers and their teams on laser physics, safety, and advanced treatment techniques. Her clinical specialties include treating discoloration, sun damage, melasma, and acne, with a focus on creating personalized treatment plans that deliver real, lasting results.

Heather is committed to helping clients of all ages look and feel their best. She believes in educating her clients about their unique skin needs and empowering them to plan for a lifetime of healthy, radiant skin. By staying at the forefront of innovation and working alongside top professionals in the industry, she continues to share the latest advancements in skincare and laser technology to elevate outcomes and confidence alike.

Esthetician and Head Spa Specialist

Rachel Rosario is a Licensed Esthetician, Murfreesboro native, wife, and proud mom of three. A graduate of The Love Beauty School in Manchester, TN, Rachel brings a genuine passion for both skincare and people into every treatment room. She specializes in customized facials, Glo2 facials, and head spa experiences—each one tailored with a perfect balance of results and relaxation.

Rachel believes that confidence starts with feeling good in your own skin. She’s dedicated to creating an inviting, judgment-free space for all clients, where transformation goes beyond the surface. Her love for continued education keeps her at the forefront of skincare trends and techniques, and she’s always eager to share that knowledge with her clients.

When she’s not at Skin Perfect, Rachel enjoys singing, playing the piano, and getting creative with art projects. Her warmth, creativity, and heart for service make her a valued part of the Skin Perfect team.

Marketing Manager

Anna Wagner Hurst is the Marketing Manager at Skin Perfect Aesthetics & Wellness and the owner of Good Sol Social, a social media and business management company based in Rutherford County, TN. With a strong background in digital strategy and brand development, Anna brings clarity, creativity, and consistency to Skin Perfect’s growing presence both online and in the community.

She has been with Skin Perfect since its earliest days and has played an integral role in shaping the brand’s voice, visibility, and connection with clients. In 2025, Anna was voted Rutherford County’s Favorite Business Service, recognizing her commitment to excellence in small business support. She remains passionate about helping Skin Perfect thrive while continuing to uplift other women-led businesses across the region.

Office Assistant

Anna Todd is the bright, smiling face that greets you when you walk into Skin Perfect. A Siegel High School graduate (a year early, no less!), Anna has been a go-getter from the start. Her attention to detail, kind demeanor, and can-do attitude make her an indispensable part of the team.

Whether she’s keeping the front desk running smoothly or assisting behind the scenes, Anna brings warmth, efficiency, and organization to everything she does. Outside of Skin Perfect, she loves being on the water, spending time with friends, and also lends her talents to Permanently M. Her work ethic and upbeat spirit make her a true asset to the building—and a favorite among clients and staff alike.
